RD-XLF-ZFT高速四方碗成(cheng)型(xing)機采(cai)用臺式(shi)(shi)布局，將成(cheng)型(xing)部分(fen)與(yu)傳動(dong)(dong)部分(fen)隔離(li)。傳動(dong)(dong) 部分(fen)安裝(zhuang)在(zai)臺面下的機架(jia)內，采(cai)用縱軸傳動(dong)(dong)結構(gou)，圓柱分(fen)度凸輪和齒輪傳動(dong)(dong)。所有傳動(dong)(dong)部分(fen)采(cai)用淋浴式(shi)(shi)潤滑。成(cheng)型(xing)模具(ju)安裝(zhuang)在(zai)臺面上，便于(yu)清理維(wei)護。全機由 PLC 控制，全程由光電跟蹤監控，底紙(zhi)采(cai)用伺服(fu)供料(liao)。

RD-XLF-ZFT適用(yong)于生(sheng)產750-1400ml 的正方形紙碗(wan)。

RD-XLF-ZFT high speed square shape paper bowls forming machine adopts bench layout to isolate the forming part from the transmission part.The transmission part is installed in the frame under the countertop,and adopts the longitudinal shaft transmission structure,cylindrical indexing CAM and gear transmission.All transmission parts are lubricated by shower.The molding mold  is installed on the table surface for easy cleaning and maintenance.The whole machine is controlled by PLC,the whole process is monitored by photoelectric tracking,and the base paper uses servo feed.

RD-XLF-ZFT is suitable for producing 750-1400ml square shape paper bowls.
