RD-XLF-80SLT高速沙拉碗成(cheng)型機采用(yong)(yong)臺式(shi)布局，將成(cheng)型部(bu)(bu)分與傳(chuan)動(dong)(dong)部(bu)(bu)分隔(ge)離。傳(chuan)動(dong)(dong) 部(bu)(bu)分安裝(zhuang)在臺面下(xia)的機架內，采用(yong)(yong)縱軸(zhou)傳(chuan)動(dong)(dong)結構，圓柱分度凸輪和(he)齒輪傳(chuan)動(dong)(dong)。所有傳(chuan)動(dong)(dong)部(bu)(bu)分采用(yong)(yong)淋浴(yu)式(shi)潤滑。成(cheng)型模具安裝(zhuang)在臺面上(shang)，便于清理(li)維護。全(quan)(quan)機由 PLC 控制，全(quan)(quan)程由光電跟蹤(zong)監控，底紙采用(yong)(yong)伺服(fu)供料。

RD-XLF-80SLT適(shi)用于生產(chan)口徑150mm以上的1000-1800ml 沙拉碗(wan)。

RD-XLF-80SLT high speed paper salad bowls forming machine adopts bench layout to isolate the forming part from the transmission part.The transmission part is installed in the frame under the countertop,and adopts the longitudinal shaft transmission structure,cylindrical indexing    CAM and gear transmission.All transmission parts are lubricated by shower.The molding mold  is installed on the table surface for easy cleaning and maintenance.The whole machine is controlled by PLC,the whole process is monitored by photoelectric tracking,and the base paper uses servo feed.

RD-XLF-80SLT is suitable for producing 1000-1800ml salad bowls whose diameter is bigger   than 150mm.
